Needing to bring food isn’t an issue with a full fridge and kitchen. Spotless and comfortable with one of the longest lounge suits I’ve ever seen!"

"We had 3 days in Paynesville and were able to have our dogs with us. This property has secure fencing and welcomes four legged family members. If you don't ride bicyles its quite a way from the centre of town. The house was well equipped and clean."

"If you want an easy, great location and beautiful place to stay when visiting Golden beach this place is the go to. Ben made check in really easy and even let us get in as early as we wanted. On arrival there was wine and chocolate, beautiful welcome to the holiday. The place is very modern and has everything you need, all the pantry items you may need during your stay. Ben was easy to communicate to prior to arrival. Can’t rate the place highly enough, would definitely stay again."

"We loved everything about Pelican Brief. The moment we opened the door and saw the canal view we knew we were going to be having 4 days of pure relaxation. Waiting for us on the kitchen bench was the most scrumptious loaf of fresh bread, butter and blueberry jam. This served us for all the days we weee there. The place is clean, a HD giant TV, lovely hot showers and a few quirky swans waiting for food at the bottom of the stairs on the canal. The pick up of the key was super easy and...

"Loved swimming just in front of this cottage every morning, in this secluded location. Great for a quiet and simple style retreat."

"Upon arrival this property was a huge disappointment and of concern especially given its website description and the high price paid. Its old, outdated and had a musty smell about it which was not going to be suitable for our friend with health issues. I visited the property manager (Brayden) who was excellent in finding us modern and suitable alternate accommodation. Brayden's customer service is of the highest order."
