"We stayed at Heron’s Perch for my son’s birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly quiet, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredible, with excellent communication from start to finish, which made everything so easy. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back on our next trip to the Port Clinton area! "

"This is a lovely, restful place. It's a nice little distance from the retail area yet close to the state and local beaches as well as the usual boating and fishing of Lake Erie. Additionally it is close to restaurants and a good grocery store. The back deck is pretty and peaceful. The sheets and towels were excellent and the bedroom, bathroom and common areas very clean. The beds and bedding, towels and toiletries provided were luxurious and comfortable. We enjoyed the plentiful continental breakfasts during our mid-week stay.
