We spent 16 days at Hotel Ensuenos. The staff at the Hotel was very friendly. It's family operated. They provide breakfast every morning at no additional cost. If you need to eat dinner, you tell them what you want they'll cook it for you at a minimal cost. The cleanliness of the place is impeccable. The location was great because we had access to public transportation easily. They clean your room, empty the garbage etc. I will definitely come back again.

My husband and I so enjoyed our three night stay here over Easter. Everything was superb, and I can't recommend it enough.
We had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and the food and service were so good, we weren't tempted to have dinner anywhere else. Choose a table in the conservatory, which is like dining in a jewel box. I highly recommend the strawberry "carpaccio" served with basil ice cream. Beautiful, clever and very tasty!

A word of caution on the rates. On Expedia, the rate listed is for a single person. The is an additional charge of$25 per night for each additional person. I was surprised when I checked out. However, we had a very nice stay.

Having spent a week here I grew to appreciate all the little things that added to the comfort of my stay. Family owned and run, the level of service was both personal and top shelf. Classic colonial hotel steps to the historic district, we regretted leaving.

Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. The location was unbeatable, and we even enjoyed the city’s horse parade right from our balcony! Breakfast at Bogoli, the rooftop restaurant, came with stunning views of Cuenca.
