"Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room and gave me a set. "We had discovered Home Hotels after our arrival in Sweden and found them to be an excellent value in terms of comfort, service and dining. The Bergmasteren kept up to the standard and we enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable, quiet and good food for breakfast, fika and dinner.
