"Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. "I booked this hotel with breakfast included, but Expedia send me and the hotel email without mentioning about the breakfast. So the hotel didn't offer me the free breakfast. Now I checked in next hotel, the same situation happened again. Really disappointed with Expedia. Contact them at app, no response at all. "
