3 day stay. Quick efficient check in. Staff welcoming. Large hotel and room was big, clean and functional. Not luxury but perfectly ok. Breakfast very good. Goid access to public transport near hotel and easy walk into city centre with plenty of restaurants / bars etc Would stay again

Overall it was good

Breakfast was great. Overall experience was good except I booked the room with 2 adults and 2 kids and they had one kid in their system. Another thing is that they don’t have parking and maybe they have but it is always full. We had to park the car in the parking house.

Basic and oldish property

An average and basic hotel. Seems to a very old property that could be maintained much better. Was there only for overnight sleep...so that was okay.

Good breakfast and good location. But to be honest for that price and that brand I would expect better rooms. They are ok but absolutely not the standard you would expect. Poor airconditioning, rooms and bathrooms seem to come from the 1980's. allmost no plugs for electronic and the floor of the hallways look like there has been a water leakage.

Bodde på detta hotell 2 nätter. Incheckning gick snabbt och enkelt, vänlig hjälpsam personal i receptionen Bokat ett standard dubbelrum. Rummet rent och snyggt, fanns alla bekvämligheter som behövs. Sängen skön, men väldigt dåliga och ”knöliga” sovkuddar. Varmt på rummet. Frukost god

I stort en bra övernattning på frimurarhotellet, men rummet vi bodde på var inte särskilt modernt. Ganska slitet och inga möjligheter att koppa upp sig trådlöst till tv drar ner helhetsbetyget. En hiss som inte heller fungerade under större delen av vistelsen.

Slarvigt organiserad konferens där maten skulle serveras i konferensrummet men det hade de missat och därför fick vi maten 40min försent, smakade såklart inget vidare och flera fick kall mat. I rummet fanns smutsiga kaffekoppar, lakanet saknades i sängen och personalen tyckte att jag själv skulle gå ner på natten och hämta lakan. Vidare så saknades fjärrkontroller till båda tv-apparaterna.
