"Nice hotel good value. It’s in downtown Minneapolis. They roll up the streets pretty early in downtown Minneapolis. Impossible to get a coffee around there in the weekend morning. Your best bet is thev Nicollete diner down the street, pretty much need a car to get there. Restaurant is pretty good too in the hotel"

"Clean, quiet, excellent beds, nice breakfast with hot items and many choices. Easy parking, safe neighborhood, well lite. What was missing was a SIGN! Without gps we couldn't find the building as there was no sign. And the entery was not lighted! I had to tell front desk that their lights were off out front. Then they turned them on."

"We were very pleased with our stay. I booked this hotel due to its proximity to the MN state fairgrounds. The staff was great, hotel and room were clean and it was quiet, too. Parking was easy since they have a lot onsite and no concerns from a security standpoint. I appreciate that there was a shuttle available to/from the fair. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Easy to find! Parking under hotel was super convenient. Such a cool, funky room. The red grout in the shower was so unique! Very clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds! Menu breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. Super friendly staff as well. Highly recommend"
