É sempre um prazer me hospedar no Cristal Palace, começando pelo atendimento já na recepção, todos muito solícitos , nao podendo esquecer do pessoal da limpeza e das "meninas " do refeitório : educadas, atenciosas . Impecável a limpeza do apartamento e áreas comuns, mesmo com um dos elevadores em reforma. Super recomento.

Péssimo atendimento

Todas as tomadas são 220v e não tem nenhuma indicação. Queimei um aparelho. Quis deixar ma recepção um ponto de melhoria que é ao menos avisar o hospede. A unica resposta que tive foi que a cidade toda é 220v. Como se o hóspede que nao mora na cidade fosse obrigado a saber. Grande descaso.
