Bom hotel

Boa. Faltou água quente no chiveiro do apto. Me trasferitam para outro quarto, mas fiquei sem o banho de manhã. Isso é inaceitavel. Fincionarios execelentes, simpáticos e prestarivos. Lençól da cama poderia ter elástico. A gente acorda com lençol quase no chão. Eu, particularmente não gosto. Acho que lençóis presos com elástico dão um conforto ao hóspede. Lins é uma extremamente quente, mas pela manhã estava 8 graus e senti frio no quarto. O ar condicionado é só frio. Esse frio que eu peguei foi uma excpocionalidade. Café da muito bom, bem variaso para um padrão 3 estrelas. Estacionamento ótimo.

Boa estadia. Quartos novos e limpos. Ar condicionado split muito bom. Ao amanhecer a claridade é muito intensa. Sugiro a instalação de cortinas blackout. Um pouco de barulho durante a noite. Sugiro a instalação de portas e janelas anti-ruído. No mais, boa estadia. Voltaria novamente.

O atendimento é ótimo, porém precisa melhorar na limpeza da piscina que em pleno sábado ensolarado estava suja. O café da manhã também precisa incluir itens fundamentais como queijo minas padrão e pão de queijo.

Hospedagem

Hotel em reforma e não foi avisado quando fiz a reserva. Muito barulho de obra durante o dia. Um dia o barulho começou as 6:25 e parou as 19:30 após minha solicitação. Entraram no quarto sem minha autorização (placa não perturbe na porta) e presença. Não fui informada sobre esse acesso qdo retornei ao hotel. O café da manhã é simples, agrada mas falta pão de queijo. O atendimento do café da manhã e camareira foram extremamente positivos. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e a cama é confortável. O banheiro tbm bom e chuveiro ótimo. Piscina limpa mas sem escada de acesso dificultando a entrada e saída.

Péssimo hotel e homem entrando no quarto

Péssimo hotel. Além de muito barulhento e o hotel não fez nada pra resolver mesmo reclamando de barulhos a 1AM. Houve o fato de um homem tentar em um quarto de uma mulher. Durante a madrugada ninguém mais dormiu com várias pessoas no corredor. Enfim, um hotel que vc não irá descansar. Não volto mais.
