"We have stayed here before and as last time, it was perfect. Charles is a wonderful host and when we turned up late on a Sunday evening with few local dining opportunities, he created a delicious platter of cheeses and meats for us, including an aged Brillat-Savarin that was just divine. He helped us get away for the channel crossing on time by accommodating us a bit early for breakfast. The room (Reims) was very comfortable, with a shower and bath. Highly recommended."

"I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot chocolate as they run out, really😏 we’re talking about an Auberge on a Saturday morning and to be fair it was practically empty. we didn’t have a second breakfast there. "

"Hotel was OK but it's location is a challenge as there is nothing else in the village. Hotel Restaurant fully booked on day of arrival so had to head out elsewhere after a long day travelling wasn't great. Breakfast was ok but at €14 per person, not great value. Pool was good and staff mostly friendly. "
