"where to start: Showerhead detached from the wall and water started streaming down the wall, shower soap dispenser broken, so no shower, bathroom ceiling fan broken and only one thin pillow. Rooms constructed from partition walls with conversations next door clearly audible. English breakfast was either over cooked or re-heated. I won't be back."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows, polite staff, central location, discounted parking close by. Would have scored 5 but we werent told at reception if we booked breakfast then it would have been cheaper than paying on the day. Excellent choice of continental amd cooked breakfast buffet. "
