"Honestly, the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! Conveniently located. We loved the historical features in the building, but still very modern rooms. Very well maintained and clean. Parking spaces were limited, but there was available parking across the street."

"The kid pool was dirty, it had rocks and sand built up on the sides and made its way towards the middle of the pool(which is a bummer because the pool is why I checked into this place for my toddlers). There is water damage on the upper walls above the pool and the hotel had an old house smell to it. My key card worked to get into the building but never worked to get into my room except the first initial time. When I checked out I asked the receptionist to please have the manager call me and never received a call. I am really disappointed because I planned a trip from Montana to Wisconsin and then back to Montana and booked all my hotels ahead of time. Well I have to stay in this hotel again and I really really do not want to, but have too because they are still going to take my money."

"We needed an overnight stay in Sioux Falls for our family enroute to our vacation destination and this was a perfect one night stay. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and easy to get to from Interstate. The host was helpful with our check in. Our grandchildren were so content for the evening playing all the fun games in the basement. Only trouble was getting them to go to bed (ha-ha) so we could get up the next morning for our 6 hour drive. Thank you for a great stay:) We will definitely be back if we need to ever stay in Sioux Falls again:)"
