Super sympa

Résidence de vacances familiale tenue par des propriétaires très sympathiques et aidants. L’appartement donnait sur la plus belle vue de l’île avec le volcan de Lipari en premier plan, puis les cratères de Vulcano et l’Etna au loin. Magique. Appartement très confortable équipé de la climatisation. L’endroit est sur les hauteurs de l’île à 15 minutes du port et de la ville de Lipari. Nous n’avions pas de voiture, mais pour quelques euros Lucio nous déposait où nous le souhaitions avec le sourire. Le restaurant sur place est très bon et il y a d’autres restaurants à quelques minutes à pieds, ainsi qu’un petit supermarché. Le petit déjeuner était très bien servi, on regrettera simplement que les produits soient pour la plupart industriels, mais le café, le chocolat chaud et le cappuccino sont excellents. Petite déception quant à la piscine qui n’ouvre qu’au 1er mai comme partout en Italie (notre séjour était en avril). Dommage car elle semblait vraiment superbe avec une vue incroyable sur tout Lipari une fois de plus. Une mention spéciale enfin pour notre hôte Nino d’une extrême gentillesse et qui a négocié pour nous une location de voiture sur Salina et une excursion en bateau sur l’île avec beaucoup d’efficacité. Pour résumer : un excellent séjour auprès d’une famille adorable. Merci pour tout !

È un residence assolutamente consigliato. Ci ritornerei e lo consiglierei certamente a chi vuole soggiornare a Lipari. Il residence è sito in alto, su di una delle colline di Lipari, ma è semplicissimo da raggiungere grazie all'efficiente servizio navetta (anche di notte). La struttura è dotata di tanti appartamentini di recente costruzione, ben puliti, comodi, silenziosi e dotati dei principali confort. Sul sito è presente un ottimo ristorante che eroga anche il servizio per la colazione (ottima). Lo staff è super cordiale e disponibile e il proprietario, Sig. Nino, è una persona proprio squisita. I costi per il soggiorno sono stati davvero convenienti. La Ciliegina sulla torta: la struttura è dotata di una bellissima piscina panoramica in cui poter fare bagni rilassanti, cenare e festeggiare. Siamo rimasti Strasoddisfatti del nostro soggiorno!

Les +: Personnel charmant, piscine agréable, :bon petit déjeuner, appartement spacieux et propre, étendoir pour le linge et petite table extérieure, service de navette gratuite a l arrivée et au départ, service de navette payant 1€/ personne/ trajet pour aller où on le souhaite (hôtel très éloigné de la ville). Les -: la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et malgré notre demande rien n a été fait, manque de savon, d accessoires basiques pour la cuisine, éloignement du centre ville (voiture ou navette indispensable)

The most magical experience ever! Mr Nino, Antonio and Maryangela were so welcoming, made us feel at home and were happy to answer all the questions we had. Despite the language barrier, Mr Nino offered to take us to the ‘the most beautiful sunset in the world’ on the first night and drove us to a magnificent scenic point. The location is tranquil and with breathtaking views, the pool is beautiful and clean and the hillside location is serene. Mr Nino kindly drove us to and from town on multiple occasions, stopping along the way so we could photograph the sunset. Antonio makes the best cappuccinos and offered fantastic recommendations on restaurants to visit, day trips etc - he is very knowledgeable about the islands. The facilities in the apartment were excellent, we stocked up at the supermarket and were able to cook some nights. I am sure this residence is the best value for money on the island so would highly recommend. A truly unforgettable experience on this special island.

Our experience was wonderful. We were picked up at the ferry and transported up to our apartment hotel with a couple of photo stops. We had two roomy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a gòod size kitchen and living area that were spotless. There were 4 adults and two small children. They supplied a crib and youth bed which was great. There was a magnificent view from our balcony. After breakfast we were taken back to the ferry. We would highly recommend this residence.

Belle et bonne adresse

Nino et son équipe nous ont réservé un excellent accueil, il se charge de vous déplacer aux points de départ des excursions et au port (gratuitement). Très belle vue sur Lipari, la mer et les autre îles. La chambre (plutôt un appartement) était très propre et bien équipée. Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners et un diner: excellents. Le tout dans une ambiance cordiale sans être pesante. Du coup nous avons prolongé d'une nuit.

Toller Gastgeber im Umland!

Absolute nette Gastgeber, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt haben! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, dafür hat man eine traumhaften Blick und die Umgebung ist wenig touristisch (sehr leckere, günstige Restaurants!). Unser Gastgeber hat uns mit dem Auto überall hingefahren, aber Bus wäre auch möglich gewesen! Die Anlage ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und sollte bald renoviert werden. Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse gut.

Super accueil de Nino , nous a proposé des sorties très sympathique , un service de navette pour aller au port , et là bus pour aller dans plusieurs coin de l ile, assez loin du centre et le restaurant est pour nous pas dans nos satisfactions , petit dejeuner correct , studio très grand mais avec des voisins au dessus , donc très bruyant la jeune femme marchait avec des talons à 1h30 du matin, et les enfants criaient nous avons fait la remarque à Nino qui étais très navré , la deuxieme nuit était mieux ,, lieux des années 90

Bel appartement sur les hauteurs

L'hôtel constitué de plusieurs appartements est situé en hauteur avec une vue magnifique. L'appartement réservé situé au rdc disposait d'une terrasse très agréable, au calme. Accès indépendant, pas dérangé par les voisins. Belle superficie pour 2 personnes, cuisine équipée mais aussi possibilité de manger au restaurant intégré à l'hôtel, qui propose de bons menus avec des produits frais. Tout est très propre. Seule la piscine semblait ne pas être en fonctionnement (si vous comptez vous baigner, demandez avant si elle fonctionne). Mais il y a une belle plage à quelques km en scooter (et un peu de marche, mais c'est sûrement la plus belle de l'île). Parking au sein même de l'hôtel, mais il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car l'hôtel propose une navette qui vient nous chercher au port et nous raccompagne aux heures souhaitées. En scooter, il faut compter environ 15mn pour rejoindre le centre ville. L'accueil est excellent, le propriétaire et sa fille sont très chaleureux. C'est une bonne adresse pour découvrir l'île.

Agradável mas fora dos pontos turísticos sempre dependendo do transfer mas sempre oferecido pelo hotel. O restaurante é bom mas peca por não ter cardápio com as opções e os preços dos pratos. Ainda tem que se estruturar melhor.

Nach preiswert kommt billig!

Die Appartements sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und 15" Röhrenfernseher sind genausowenig aktueller Standard wie Satelliten-TV mit ausschliesslich italienischen Sendern. Die Appartements liegen im 1. Stock direkt über dem Restaurant mit Veranstaltungssaal in dem jedes Wochenende Bauerndisco mit Presslufthammermusik erfolgreich den Schlaf bis 2 - 3 Uhr verhindert. Zum Ausgleich sorgt die Kirche auf dem Nachbargrundstück dann ab 7 Uhr mit Glockengeläut und Übertragung des Kirchenchors über Aussenlautsprecher, dass tagsüber auch kein Schlafwunsch aufkommt. Das Essen im Restaurant kann ich nicht beurteilen, da mir 75€ für ein Abendbuffet von "Herrn Hühnchen" (Mister Chicken) doch zu absurd waren. Alles in Allem sollte man dieses Anwesen weiträumig umfahren!
