Ottimo hotel a Canneto, facilmente raggiungibile con l'autobus da Lipari (la fermata è proprio a 2 passi). Stanza ampia e pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario, compreso uno stendino sul balcone per quando si torna dal mare. Gli addetti alla reception, Carmen e Federico, sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza e molto gentili. Colazione con prodotti freschi e una buona scelta. Consigliato!

Sentirsi a casa senza esserlo

Preoccupato della non centralità dell’Albergo rispetto il centro di Lipari, mi sono ricreduto per la qualità dei servizi di collegamento (bus con corse cicliche sino oltre la una!, la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Canneto e la presenza del porticciolo cui attraccano tutti i tour in motonave. Servizio familiare ed accogliente, premura verso gli ospiti e stanze arredate con mobili nuovi e funzionali. Letto matrimoniale King da perdersi ….. stanza climatizzata. Giorni volati …. Reception attenta e competente a tutte le richieste ed esigenze.

Tutto fantastico magari aiutato dalla bellezza del posto ma tutti i servizi e la naturalezza del supporto offerti hanno reso tutto sempre comunque sereno. E poter in un minuto accedere all’alba sul mare della meravigliosa Canneto con lo sfondo di Panarea, Stromboli e Basiluzzo per attendere piacevolmente di far colazione con le splendide crostate artigianali proposte a colazione...come iniziare meglio una giornata di vacanza alle Eolie?

Una vacanza indimenticabile

L'hotel è situato in un'ottima posizione tranquilla e vicina al mare, facilmente raggiungibili sia i bus che i traghetti per le escursioni alle altre isole. La camera a disposizione era ampia, con balcone vista mare, pulita e silenziosa. Ottima anche la colazione, sia salata che dolce con torte e biscotti fatti in casa, servita dalla sempre gentile sig.ra Lucia. Un grazie a Carmen e Carmela che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili sia per le esigenze inerenti l'albergo sia per le informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e in cui gustare le specialità locali.

Ospitale ma poco professionale

Io sono stata all'hotel con due amiche, per vacanza. Il servizio transfer è efficiente e la colazione abbondante, tuttavia tutto il resto è discutibile. Innanzitutto, la stanza arrangiata per tre persone era dotata di un solo lampadario, per cui l'illuminazione era scarsa. Il bagno non disponeva di tappeti, pertanto dopo una doccia era gia allagato. La connessione Wi-Fi era anche incostante. Inoltre, la prima sera siamo state coinvolte in un episodio alquanto spiacevole: a causa di un guasto all'impianto idrico siamo state costrette a lavarci con poca acqua e fredda. Il guasto é stato risolto dopo ore dalla segnalazione, creando incredibili disagi. La direzione stessa, anziché suggerire un risarcimento per il disagio arrecato, adducendo a giustificazione il fatto che fosse la prima volta che accadeva una cosa del genere, ha preteso la nostra comprensione come fossimo frequentatrici abituali. Noi abbiamo prenotato la stanza grazie ad un'offerta, ma mi rendo conto che non merita il prezzo intero. Inoltre trattandosi di un'isola o meglio di un paese, non è strano riscontrare informalità laddove invece dovrebbero esserci serietà e professionalità

Esperienza positiva. Peccato che la nostra camera non avesse un balcone all'esterno. Questo era forse dovuto alla tipologia di camera compresa nel pacchetto da me acquistato. Ci sono comunque anche bellissime camere con vista mare.

Nei parametri con il contesto in cui è collocato!

Il personale dell'albergo è disponibile e cortese. Pronto ad indirizzarti presso le migliori località delle Eolie. La struttura non è delle migliori; assenza totale di wifi(reception a parte), muri talmente sottili che ti permettono di sentire anche il respiro dei clienti del terzo piano. E carenza di confort perchè si possa parlare di un vero albergo 3 stelle.

Wonderful staff

the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are large, spotless and air conditioned. The clientele at our visit were young and hip. the hotel is one block from the beach .the hotel arranged transport from Lipari and an excursion to the aeolian islands. Thehotel is 8 minutes from Lipari port I the town of Canetto. There is a port in Canetto with boats to the aeolian islands as well as Lipari proper. The only complaint is that the breakfast room is small and it's hard to navigate your way to the buffet if two Or more people are there

Davvero un ottimo hotel

Arrivati al porto di lipari sono venuti a prenderci per trasferirci in hotel.. Sin da subito il personale si ë dimostrato gentilissimo e disponibile fornendoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno(trasporti,escursioni,luoghi da visitare ecc).. Hotel vicinissimo alla fermata dei bus, alla spiaggia, ristoranti, bar e supermercato.. Zona tranquillissima. Consigliatissimo! Voto 8.5/10

Basishotel in Strandnähe

Das Hotel liegt ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg vom Strand entfernt. Da hinter dem Hotel eine Durchgangsstrasse verläuft wird es nachts teilweise sehr laut (Motorräder, Gespräche auf offener Strasse, etc.) Das Personal spricht leider außer Italienisch ggf. nur Französisch (Spanisch, Englisch und Deutsch sind hier quasi wirkungslos), was die Kommunikation nicht immer einfach macht. Das von uns gebuchte Doppelzimmer war die ersten 2 Tage trotz Beanstandung nicht sauber, die Eingangstüre sogar einmal nur angelehnt (angeblich, weil das Reinigungspersonal noch nicht die Handtücher gewechselt hatte). Unsere Wertsachen lagen zu dieser Zeit unverschlossen auf dem Tisch. Das Zimmer hatte eine Küchenecke, in der allerdings weder Töpfe, Geschirr oder Besteck vorhanden waren. Somit war nur der Kühlschrank nützlich. Positiv hervorzuheben: das Bett war ausreichend komfortabel, eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Den Balkon konnte man zum Trocknen seiner Standhandtücher verwenden. Das Frühstück war aus meiner Sicht enttäuschend: das Buffet, bestehend aus einem billigen Saftkonzentrat und bitterem Kaffee etc. wurde blockiert von viel zu dicht stehenden Stühlen und Tisch. Aus meiner Sicht eine totale Fehlorganisation. Für fast 1000 EUR pro Woche hätte ich mehr erwartet. Für uns war Lipari die vorletzte Statition einer dreiwöchigen Reise durch Sizilien und das Hotel definitiv das mit dem ungünstigsten Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Keine Empfehlung.

Hotel Amarea..... la vacanza ti crea!!

Struttura posta al centro di Canneto, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Il Personale, tutto, molto gentile ed accogliente. Camera grande e climatizzata, la colazione buona e super assistiti dalla gentilissima sig.ra Lucia. Dal Ricevimento tutte le informazioni riguardanti quello che si vuole fare durante il soggiorno (ristoranti, spiagge, escursioni, noleggi, ecc.). Pulizia delle camere: ottima! Unico neo: se andate in auto trovare un posto auto vicino l'hotel è un po difficoltoso, ma io sono andato in moto e tutto è andato benissimo!! Consigliatissimo!!

Lipari

From the minute I arrived I was treated so warmly by the staff. Caffe and a slice of cake to start. My room was quite large with a balcony. Central location to all the beaches and boat day trips that are a must while visiting Lipari. There is a local bus that takes you down to the port where there is more action going on from shopping to plenty of restaurants. But in my opinion staying in Cannetto was much quieter and nicer, especillay looking out onto your balcony and seeing the water...Carmela and all the staff, and Elena the house keeper all fantastic..And to my Australian Mate- hope to return soon!
