- 28 km southwest of Joensuu, 0.5 km to Lake Pyhäselkä. Public swimming area (Pyhäselkä) 1 km away, private boat available.
Charming and cozy log villa built in 2010, featuring a combined kitchen/living room, two separate bedrooms each with beds for 2, and a low loft with 2 beds. The sauna is complemented by a shower cubicle, washing machine, and tumble dryer in the washroom/laundry room, along with a toilet and entrance hall. A spacious 58 m² terrace, partially glazed, offers a relaxing outdoor space. The gas grill and terrace furniture were updated in 2021. There is also a grill shelter. The villa is equipped with an air source heat pump.
A hot tub is available for rent from the owner. Price: €104 per booking (guests fill and heat it themselves), €150 per booking (owner fills and heats it ready), with an additional €50 per water change if needed. Please confirm availability in advance during the winter season.
