"Staying at Pension Regina was a much-needed break from a tiring life, and in many ways, it was a peaceful and restful time. "We were very happy with our 2 night stay here. The building is very nice. Our room was clean and offered everything we needed, the location was great for walking to everything in Old Krumlov. The breakfast was great. We would stay here again."

"Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all. She did nothing to make our stay comfortable. I asked If there was a fan, to which she replied she does not know. I later asked if the tap water was drinkable via message...

"FALSE ADVERTISING! The Delux double room is shown as a much grander and larger room than what we were given. The hotel website on Expedia likely uses a grand suite picture for their deluxe double room. As such, we did not get what we booked. Unfortunate because it’s just a bad way to sell a room."
