"On the day of checking in, I was sent the address and check in details. When walking in, we realised that this was not the same property we booked. It was smelly, dirty, uncomfortable and in poor shape. Upon talking to the host I was told that the apartment we booked was ‘damaged’ so they moved us there. "Very clean apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenient for the train station and exploring the town. Many bulbs not working in kitchen made it dark but it’s would be only criticism. Very pleasant stay"

"Bei Anreise bekammen wir einen Anruf, unsere gebuchte Ferienwohnung hat einen Wasserschaden, wir bekommen eine gleichwertige Wohnung! Leider war die aber nicht so, nicht sauber, einiges kaputt. "

"Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!"
