This property is beautiful and very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the lake beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is no air conditioning, which is worth keeping in mind, but the thick walls helped keep the room at a pleasant temperature and it was not a problem during my summer stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, savory dishes, pastries, and sweets. They even served sparkling wine for mimosas. One of my favorite moments was sitting on the terrace on a summer morning, enjoying a mimosa and the relaxed atmosphere. There is also a small grocery store nearby that stays open until 8:00 PM, which is very convenient for snacks and drinks. The property also has a restaurant and a small pastry shop where you can buy ice cream and delicious cakes. Overall, this is a great place for families. The property is extremely child-friendly and pet-friendly, with plenty of amenities catering to families traveling with children. Adults traveling without children should simply keep in mind that it has a lively family-oriented atmosphere.

The hotel was Clean and New with friendly staff. However, the band that was playing in the attached conference room did not finish until 2:30am!!. I was on the 2nd floor and the noise level was bad. I was not warned of this so had i known there was an event until 2:30am i would booked somewhere else.

We had a great stay at this hotel. We arrived very late and they were very kind to give us a room for the night. The room was large, elegant and well heated and had a beautiful view to the ski slopes

+ Cosy room with a nice lake view. The ladies at the reception were friendly. The breakfast was tasty. There is also a nice kids’ corner next to the reception. – Do not book through their website—it is not easy to get a refund for a cancelled reservation. The hotel has a security guard (the last time I saw a security guard in a hotel was probably in Myanmar), and he was rude. There is quite a nice restaurant, but breakfast is served in a small, crowded room in the basement. Parking costs 250 CZK. A baby cot costs 200 CZK, and it was very small and not very stable. The floor in our room was dirty— stains, candies, and even a baby spoon left by previous guests. There are always cleaning staff trolleys in the corridors, which is not very welcoming. We cannot recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, clean and located in the heart of Lipno. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely recommend staying at Element. Thank you! P.S. Breakfast was also very nice. However we noticed the staff had trouble bringing all the dishes in the back office because of the inconvenient door next to the buffet area. Please install a swing door for them:)

Modern hotel, excellent breakfast but very average

The accommodation is new and modern, in my opinion very suitable for business meetings. The grounds are nice, everything is functional, the hotel offers a number of facilities (restaurant, pastry shop, 24/7 shop) and summer and winter activities are located in close proximity. The staff is nice, the breakfasts are varied and excellent. I have a negative assessment, above all, of the layout of the room that was assigned to us. The double bed was made up of two singles with a hole between them whenever you moved on the bed. No one was even able to place these two beds correctly in the middle of the room, so the lamp and sockets were above the head of the person lying down. We got a wheelchair-accessible bathroom and instead of a bathtub (which we were looking forward to), we got a shower that couldn't be closed, so the water was all over the bathroom when we showered. At the same time, there was no sofa in the room, which is also shown in the photos. The room was directly above the restaurant and the kitchen could be felt in our room in the afternoon. Upon arrival, the room was missing some basic equipment, which we reported to the reception (they immediately supplied it). We were tired and didn't want to change the room. At €100 per room, it didn't seem like a good deal and I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Noise-noise-noise

It was overall a nice hotel but the noise at night was unbearable. there was a discotheque in their restaurant and they it was terribly loud until two in the night. I called the reception and she kept telling me it was only to be until midnight. Well, it lasted until 2AM. Terrible!
