Children's playground (slide, swing). Private: garden. Terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: reception, storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant 200 m, grass beach 250 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports harbour 1.5 km, walking paths from the house 10 m, cycle lane 200 m, chair lift 2 km, skisport facilities 2 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aquaworld Lipno 2 km, Hopsárium 2 km, Bobová dráha 2.5 km, Stezka korunami stromů 3.5 km, Království Lesa 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Skiareál Lipno 2 km. All houses/apartments are individually designed/furnished.
