cuando llegamos nos dijeron q el Hotel no contaba con A/C, habia reservado una Suite pero la misma estaba dando directamente al Sol y estaba muy caliente, pedimos cambio de cuarto y nos dijeron q tenian un cuarto diferente pero nunca nos dijeron q nos cobrarian lo mismo... pedi q por la diferencia del precio no nos cobraran el desayuno y simplemente la persona encargada ( La Sra. Gemain ) NO tuvo el menor interes ... por lo q estuvimos en un cuarto mas chico pero por el precio de la suite. Me parecio muy poco etico.

- Keine Klimaanlage (wir haben 2025!) - Fenster mit geringem Schallschutz - Super laut (Partygänger, Autoposer und jede Stunde ein Güterzug) - Frühstück ist OK aber auch nicht überragend Kurzum - eine der schlechtesten Nächte der letzten 20 Jahre die ich in einem Hotel verbringen musste.

For the price could be better services

In beginning one lady from reception had rush me, but later she get back on normal. Rooms ok, but could be better for the price payed and same the breakfast.Location is nice, being in the centrum. Parking costs 8E per day

Super Hotel alles fußläufig zu erreichen Super, wenn man mit Hund reist: Schlafplatz Napf vorhanden, Leckerli-Überraschung im Zimmer, netter Begrüßungsbrief extra für den Hund, man darf ihn mit ins Restaurant nehmen. Schöne große Zimmer. Top ausgestattet. Sehr gerne wieder!

Wir nutzten das Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Lippstadt. Es liegt an einem kleinen Park und fußläufig zur Stadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Zum wiederholtem Male Gast gewesen, doch stets funktionierte es nicht mit der Voice Club-Mitgliedschaft und das Check-In-Personal war nicht in der Lage, den Upgrade-Service etc. selbständig zu arrangieren. Schwache Leistung.

Insgesamt o.k.

Gutes Hotel direkt am Fluss und an der Innenstadt. Frühstück wurde wegen Corona an den Tisch gebracht aber sonst ok.! Nur die Bettdecke fand ich für ide kalten Temperaturen zu dünn.
