Fantastic stay for a family with kids

A lovely complex that is wonderful for families. Everything was clean, the food was great (and the beer), and a wonderful playground that my toddler loved playing in. The room was big and comfy and clean. Great stay.

its a nice clean quiet hotel located in a very good location to visiting everything in the tetra mountains breakfast is ok the pool is open till 22 which is great for kids but the water wasnt warmed up good choice

Absolute luxury in a perfect location. From top to bottom, every service member is kind and helpful - they are trained to make life easy for guests. That is extremely hard to find these days. Kid's club is great but they can work on supervision and ensuring kids don't go wandering. Other than that, this is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. Well worth the money. I highly recommend.

We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. Selection of food for breakfast was very good; during breakfast you chose food from 3 adults menu options and 2 kids menu options for the...

Nice hotel within walking distance to the castle; just cross the street, buy your tickets, and start walking up the hill. The room was clean, shower worked well; was a little surprised that we had to walk up stairs to the loft bedroom, but that's on me for not looking more closely ahead of time. Breakfast was good. Hotel was a great value.

Excellent property it is quiet and nice crew

The room was immaculate. The breakfast was outstanding. The location was excellent. The service was impeccable. Just a great place to be at!

We stayed here with some family friends and our teenage children while in town for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful, tucked away from all the noise of the main street, and has the most wonderful staff who were so helpful with whatever question or request we had! The interior is very comfortable, clean, and stylish. Thank you Joanna for the warm hospitality. You made sure our stay was everything and more. We will be returning for sure!

This place was amazing! We had our two sons with us and the two bedroom room with one king and two twins was ideal. The use of the sauna and hot tub was just the perfect touch for us to unwind after a day of hiking around the town. The walk to the main street is 5 minutes, and we found that both restaurants at the hotel ended up be our favorites. The freshly made pizza and pasta was amazing, and was a 10 out of 10 as my kids say. The front desk concierge Paulina was extremely helpful and...

Amazing stay, would totally recommend. The staff were so kind and gave many great recommendations for activities in town. Room was updated, clean and spacious. Breakfast was homemade and delicious
