The apartment was perfect, like staying with friends. We really like the location quiet yet close to the action. Short walk to the Metro and all the transportation.Trains to Sintra, Belem and Cascais.

The apartment is as described and it was extremely clean. The elevator to the 4th floor was a great bonus. The area was perfect to explore Lisbon, no hills involved because it was in the Baixa area of the city. Sergio was very accommodating after our flight was changed to a very late arrival in to Lisbon, he met us at the apartment late into the night and gave us the whole run down of the property. I would definitely recommend this property and will stay there again if we ever return to Lisbon

We could not have asked for a better location from which to explore Lisbon. It is close to everything and far exceeded our expectations. Sergio’s apartment was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and he was always available should we have questions. We appreciated his warm welcome and advice both before and on our arrival. We stayed at the apartment for a month and will definitely consider it for future stays.

Our stay here was amazing! You’re right in the middle of the city so the perfect location to explore from. Sergio was great, very flexible with checkin/ check out times which was very convenient for our flights and very quick at replying with any questions/ reccomendations. We had a lovely stay in Lisbon. This was a very nice neighborhood. We felt completely safe. We were in the tourist area, so it was very convenient. The property tself was wonderful. Our host met us at the apartment, and filled us in on every thing necessary. He had wine for us as well as water. A very enjoyable stay for sure. If ever in Lisbon I would love to stay there again

Sérgio is an excellent host. His place is absolutely spotless and equipped with everything you need during your stay, including a very comfy bed! The location is centrally located for restaurants, shops and all the touristy stuff. There were some major roadworks going on in front of the building while we were there that was a minor inconvenience but aside from that (and the way too many tourists) it was just perfect. Quaint little apartment on 5 th floor - like a loft apt. Centrally located right in the middle of all the action - two blocks away from Praça Comércio . Our host met us and showed us how everything worked in the apt. Best equiped and stocked apt we have rented in years. Only issue is rua Prata is closed to traffic so taxi and buses cannot enter which means carrying luggage a couple of blocks. Thanks

The building, apartment and location were very good overall. It was clean and well supplied. The street in front of the building is closed for construction which caused some inconvenience with transportation. Also, there are children in the adjacent apartment and the sound of them running was audible from the living room.

This property met our needs perfectly. Lovely, comfortable apartment stocked with everything we needed, toiletries, condiments etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, close to the train to Sintra, the hop on hop off bus, tram and metro, restaurants, and groceries. Sergio met us on arrival and was very helpful. We did struggle a bit with the key at first. Turn to the left and keep on going, even after you think you’ve reached the end. You’ll hear a click!

The flat is located in the heart of Baixa and is close to the Terreiro do Paco and within an easy walk to many of the sights that people want to see in Lisbon. It also has excellent access to Metro and other public transportation including the famous 28 Tram. I only needed to contact the owner once but he responded almost immediately. I would caution visitors only that the angle of the ceiling drops very low in some parts of the flat and tall people will need to be cautious navigating those areas. I would certainly consider staying here again.

Our stay marked the very first time that we rented an apartment instead of opting for a hotel and we could not have been more satisfied with the choice. Our host Sergio was a true gentleman who made this transition of this accommodation type very easy and stress-free for us. Although the apartment is located on a street (Rua) that is closed to vehicles (since 11/23), Sergio gave precise directions on where to be dropped off nearby to access the building (about a 45 second walk). The loft apartment is located in a perfect location in the heart of the city. The elevator only went to the 4th floor, requiring the climbing of one flight of stairs. This was no problem for us and when we arrived, Sergio and another gentleman nicely brought our luggage up to our door. The apartment conveniently had everything that we could possibly want and after a very short time....felt like home. Also, there is a mini supermarket one minute away that has all the basics and more. The Baixa/Chiado Metro station is about a 3-5 minute walk away. When we come back to Lisbon, I hope this apartment is available. Apartamento maravilhoso....Obrigado!
