The area was central and we liked it with affordable Bolt rides to everywhere we wanted to go. The floors made a ton of noise just walking on them and the walls seemed paper thin. The hotel is also in a flight path from the airport which we got use to. The room was cute and as described and the value for money was there.

Great location for where I needed to be -convention centre. Clean, comfy beds. There was only one negative but this was a huge deal for me. Every creak in the building could be heard. By 6.30 am, I could hear all the doors banging, floorboards above my room…, just could not sleep in. May be better if you’re in the top floor. It’s a lovely old building but the floors need to be fixed.

Very “quirky “ property. Large open lounge areas on the main floor open , but not sure I could use them. As if they were frozen in time. Room was clean and adequate. Bed very comfortable , AC good. Cleaning staff helpful !!! Bus line and shops close by. neighborhood was a local flavour , no not the downtown tourist scene , which is a plus for me. Walkable down to Jerónimos monastery and museums.

Great place for two in Ajuda

Excellent apartment for a stay with no frills. A wine bottle at the check in was appreciated. Unfortunately a Wrong WiFi network and password were emailed to me with check in instructions a day before the arrival. Had to call customer service and get the correct network. Space was quiet with a patio view. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Very clean.

Difficult to find this place and get in.

The room is clean; bed is comfortable. However, when we arrived, the door was locked. We thought the taxi dropped us at wrong place. So we dragged our luggage and walked around to try to find ALOP. The sign is so small. It took us more than 1 hour to get in the building. We did not receive email in advance to do advanced check in so we couldn't get into the room right away. The cleaning lady called the LovelyStay and finally we were able to complete the check in and get the key.

Will not recommend this property. The sink was clogged since the first day and it took management 3 days to fix it which made the toilet facilities unhygienic and increased health risk (one of my friends actually got sick). Wifi was available but we were barely able to connect to it or get good internet speed so we had to rely on mobile data throughout. The room was incredibly dusty which triggered my asthma several times. It obviously isn’t cleaned regularly throughly and has old carpets and curtains. The description also said the iron will be provided but it wasn’t provided until after 3 days. Location of the hotel was good as it was close to bus stop which provided easy access to downtown We chose this apartment because of the high ratings but overall would not recommend it

Unless you like multiple leaks from the ceiling, an entry door that won’t lock and non-existent service to fix problems…. do not stay at this property!
This how I had to secure my door because it wouldn’t lock and nobody would come to fix it

Out of the way place, rock hard bed

The hotel is far from anything touristy in the city. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance but they clearly are not used to non-Portuguese customers. The room itself was nice. It was nice to have a separate sitting area. The bed in the bedroom was rock hard. After the first night I slept on the couch. After the second night we moved to a different hotel for the remainder of the trip.

A bit hard to find since the front door is on an angle and signs are small. No daily service for cleaning and making up the room available but the staff was kind enough to provide extra coffee pods. Kind of annoying that there was nobody on site. No where to store luggage, even though there was plenty of space on main floor.

It was really a good stay , there were no staff everything was through online check in and check out And easiest spot to travel using public transport ,you have bus and tram stop just infront of your stay.
