This hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are incredible. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there were many great restaurants nearby. They even provided a very helpful guide for Lisbon prior to our arrival which had some great restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. We would definitely stay there again!

Hotel is simple and lovely. Comfortable beds. There is no main lounge area in the hotel which was fine, but our room had a table and chairs so that was perfect. The bathroom amenities are basic (no conditioner). But overall, great location on a quiet street that is very close to lots of food, shopping and sights. Would stay again!

Great place to stay in Lisbon! Clean, updated rooms/hallways/lobby for a decent price. In a perfect walkable location to plenty of restaurants. Only giving 4 stars because you can hear everything in the hallway (though all guests were respectful noise levels) so needs a bit more soundproofing. Elevator also lets out in the middle of the staircase so you have to lug your suitcase down have a set of stairs.

A lovely hotel I would recommend, it is located very central to everything and we ended up walking everywhere. Lots of entertainment and great dining. Staff are wonderful and are shipping my jewelry home that I left in the room 😳. It will be our place to stay when in Lisbon.

Property was in great location, was clean and staff were wonderful. I did have an issue with outside noise as property is above a bar that can be loud. This hinders ability to open Juliette doors.

Just back from a lovely stay in Lisbon. The property is in a great location for access to bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful and the property was clean and comfortable. The only slight downside was the lack of a wardrobe, the open hanging space got in the way especially as the tea/coffee were in a cupboard opposite. Overall a lovely stay in a great city.

The location was excellent; close to the Tram 28 departure point; within walking distance of most top attractions, and within walking distance of multiple dining options including GF friendly establishments. Beautiful little hotel with character. We had a terrific experience at Boutique Chiado: wonderful and helpful staff, a charming and well equipped suite, lots of restaurants nearby and good access to the subway system. We would make a point of staying there again.

The hotel is in the middle of the Chiado area and is ultra-convenient to many interesting churches, museums, shops, restaurants, historical sites, etc. It is a well restored and updated building, with small but modern and well-appointed suites. The staff we encountered expressed interest in ensuring our comfort and convenience. What more could you ask for?

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and very willing to answer questions about the hotel and the room but also about Lisbon and the surrounding area.
