O apartamento é muito bom, Tem tudo o que diz no anuncio. Uma otima localização, bem equipado, tudo muito bom mesmo.Estacionamento, mercado, elevador na rua, tudo super proximo. O que devem considerar é que para chegar no apartamento é um pouco dificil pois na rua não entram carros e tem uma subida de uns 50 metros, que deve ser feita a pe, consideravel se estiver com malas. Quebrei a rodinha da minha na subida e descida.Não estou a reclamar e para nós não foi um problema, mas devem levar em consideração na locação. TIvemos um problema na chegada, porque o apartamento estava ocupado, chegamos as 22 horas e não tinhamos para onde ir, tivemos que ir para um hotel.Conforme contato com o locador, houve uma confusão nos aplicativos de reserva, o gerou a duplicidade.A devolução do valor da primeira diaria ficou acordada para ser feita em 27/10. Estamos aguardando.
