Clean and modern apartment in very good location. Walking distance to Aldi, restaurants, bus stop for the airport, train station and Alfama. Spacious balcony was nice. AC worked well. Fridge, stove, microwave, plates and glasses etc. We got new towels and toilet paper. Downside: top floor without elevator, so lots of steps to go up and down. The wifi wasn't working for most of our stay.

NO ELEVATOR - AC WAS INSUFFICIENT - WIFI DID NOT WORK IN UNIT...but did work on the lower floors of the building. We were in Apartment #11 which was the North-facing penthouse unit. The building has a very narrow staircase and to bring luggage up all the floors was challenging! The AC was unable to cool the room sufficiently...The AC unit worked but was only blowing cool air vs. cold air. We had it set on 16 degrees with high fan, and it did not get cool. We complained to onsite management on the morning of day 2 but there was no resolution. WIFI was available day 1 but Day 2 the WIFI did not come up, or we were not able to connect...It did work on lower floors of the building but since we were penthouse, I guess it did not reach that far! The unit while small was nicely thought out and the balcony was nice. Location is excellent.

It's not a good place to stay if you want to have a proper sleep. I stayed in the first floor, get exposed the sounds from the bar next to the hostel and there were also sounds coming from upper room. Airco didn't work. Touchpad also had some issues for entering the room.

Excellent Rooms, kitchen adequate, quiet area

Excellent overall, Good friendly service/ managers, but a check-in later than 7pm/ weekend can cause problems? Everything was good in the building, except the stairs. The stairs care very steep, for the top 2 floors, and a struggle with the big bags. But overall 4 out of 5 on a rating.

Impossible to communicate, strange room

Pros: it was a good rate, clean and in a good location. The room was large. Cons: I could not contact anyone. I got an email directly after booking but when trying to reply the email bounced. We never received our check-in information and couldn't contact anyone, we tried multiple numbers written on the hotel door, tried multiple email addresses and contact forms and received no reply. Finally after over an hour we got through using a different phone number. The room had some nice design elements but there were a lot of funky / non functional pieces. The sink was barely usable due to a large cabinet infront, the shower was only usable by holding the wand, a light in the living room was flickering the whole time.

After a great stay in a luxurious hotel in the Algarve, considering the price we paid for our stay here we were hugely disappointing from the word go. The good things are that it is very well located and the TV and wifi are excellent. After that it is all downhill. It is like a grey bunker, with no windows that open, all the walls are painted a dark grey, the bed is tiny in the bedroom and thank Goodness there was a sofa bed.There is an air conditioner in the bedroom which is the only source of air for the whole flat , no vents in the living area. Not good if you do not like tiny, closed spaces. There is a steep hill plus a flight of stairs to go upto from the street, no elevator in the flats. The shower leaked into the tiny bathroom so there was a flood everyday, when we complained to reception they said they 'know' about the leak! but didn't apologize or do anything about it so all the towels were used as flood barriers.It is a tiny flat and would suit a couple or younger travelers, it was horrendous for a family. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, no cooking utensils apart from one large frying pan.The gadgets and gizmos would be appreciated by a younger age group and were wasted on us as nothing really worked and the basic issue of the size and type of accommodation was the main problem. Staying here was the lowest point of our stay in the lovely city of Lisbon.

Tyvärr fick vi en lägenhet med 1 sovrum/dubbelsäng och 1 bäddsoffa, trots att vi hade bokat 2 sovrum/dubbelsängar och 1 bäddsoffa, vilket betydde att en del av oss fick ta in på ett annat hotell! Mycket dåligt skött och vi fick heller ingen hjälp under tiden vi var där. Receptionen var stängd alla 4 dagar och ovanpå detta så låg deras system nere så vi hade inte fått någon info om incheckningskod så att vi kunde få access till lägenheten, utan var tvungna att be en av våra portugisiska vänner att ringa runt medan vi satt på flyget för att försöka hitta någon som kunde släppa in oss. Mycket omständigt och dåligt. Välj inte detta boende!

O hotel é bem localizado, aconchegante e moderno, mas algumas coisas merecem ser ressalvadas. Não tem elevador, então foi um pouco ruim subir com as malas, pois fiquei no 2° andar e uma outra família do meu grupo no 3° andar, portanto, é cansativo a subida e descida de malas; O serviço de limpeza é feito só de 3 em 3 dias, mas as toalhas foram trocadas antes, pelo menos. A reserva foi para 5 pessoas, portanto foram 2 suítes acopladas, mas a segunda suíte ficava com água fria se alguém tivesse tomando banho ao mesmo tempo na primeira suíte. Ou seja, para usar o chuveiro do 2° banheiro tinha que esperar a pessoa do 1° banheiro acabar.
