The breakfast buffet was beautiful and varied every day. The croissants and orange cake were my favorites. Each staff member we met was friendly and helpful. There are two metro stops nearby and one is the red line which has an airport stop. We would definitely stay again.

Great hotel

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly, helping find attractions. The room was lovely, clean and had great amenities. Not the closest to the attractions in the city but a 3 minute walk from the metro. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty and well done.

Hidden Gem

It was our first time in Lisbon, but the staff put us at ease from the very first moment we met them. They had arranged a seamless transfer from the airport, and then provided friendly help as to how to enjoy our stay. Their service was first rate! That is before speaking of our room, which was literally the height of splendour! We cannot speak highly enough of them!

Dear Lisbon Valmor did not disappoint! 5 stars all the way! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating The hotel has its rustic charm and breakfast was delicious. They served us breakfast when we had to leave very early for our excursion and flight. Special mention to Miguel, Carmen and Marta Muy obrigado for a memorable visit to Lisbon

The hotel is exquisitely decorated, the rooms are large, comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms. The breakfasts are wonderful and the breakfast room is so pleasant, even has balcony tables. The staff is the real jewel of this place. They are pleasant, attentive and even serve you beverages while you register. They help with everything you need such as reservations for restaurants and tours as well as helping with early morning taxis. They know their city and can tell you how to get anything you need from pharmacies to souvenirs. Ritu and our bellman whose name escapes me helped us with early breakfast before our very early flight. We really appreciated him and are so embarrassed we cannot remember his name. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants but very little to see. There are good metro connections, lots of buses but we used Uber and taxis. Very easy to find grocerystore is a block away from the hotel where you can get drinks and snacks. It can be a bit noisy at night as it is a major street.

Wir waren sechs Nächte im Valmor Palace und wurden sehr freundlich und mit einem Willkommensgruß empfangen. Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll und detailreich ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Insgesamt ist vor Allem die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorzuheben. Besonders sind auch die täglichen Veranstaltungstipps und die persönlichen Nachrichten und Grüße. Lediglich die Geräuschkulisse außerhalb des Hotels schwächt den perfekten Gesamteindruck ab.

Dieses Hotel ist wunderschön. Wir waren sofort begeistert! Das Gebäude ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Überall findet man kleine Details, die die Atmosphäre perfekt machen. Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war riesig und tadellos sauber. Der Pool bietet eine kleine Oase zum Entspannen im Trubel. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. In der Nähe findet man viele Restaurants. Die Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist mit den Öffentlichen sehr einfach. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hotel in a historic building with good public transport connections. Super friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. A building next door is currently being renovated, so there was some construction noise at times, but it wasn't disturbing.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot in Lisbon! Everything was exactly as described—and even better in person. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The space was clean, stylish, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. The host/team was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and any questions super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches—like local tips, comfy linens, and thoughtful amenities. Wonderful hotel and staff, only one small topic was traffic noise which was rather loud in front room. Ear plugs provided but would recommend bringing your own if you are not used to traffic noise. For us everything else in the hotel and Lisbon was so wonderful we did not give it much thought after the first night as we got used to it after 4 nights.
