The bathroom had a horrrible sulfur smell. We had to leave the fan on all day to diminish it but it never went away. In addition the shower curtain was stained brown on the bottom while flies were coming up through the drain on the floor just outside the shower. The door of the closet was broken off. The cleaners should have seen it all and reported it before we got there. I reported it as soon as we entered the property. The manager was very helpful but we didn’t care about it getting the closet fixed.

I was a bit disappointed when we waited over 30 minutes outside the front door before we could get in. As it turned out, housekeeping was delayed, but we didn’t get the notice until after more than 30 minutes past the check in time. We sat there not knowing what’s going on, wether we were at the wrong address or we got scammed.
