This hotel is not family friendly whatsoever. It is like walking into a nightclub. It is obnoxious. They do not allow you to consume any food or beverage within their lobby unless it was purchased by them. While their doorman and front desk staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were clean; one of their managers, Fabio was an extremely rude individual and should not be permitted to interact with other people, especially guest guests. We will not be returning.

Perfect for my 4 day trip. The room was nice and clean, and they provided a bed and treats for my dog. It’s in a nice area that isn’t too busy but has many restaurants in walking distance. There’s also a park across the street which was very convenient for walking my dog. Pedro was so nice and helpful along with Marti and the other front desk reps. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice boutique, upmarket hotel - quiet, convenient

Recently updated hotel, very nice finishes, large room with Nespresso machine. Clean, safe and convenient parking in the basement for €20 per day. In a nice quiet tree lined boulevard that is not a through-road. Away from the too-touristy areas, but close energy to walk to. Area feels more authentic neighbourhood of Lisboa. All staff were welcoming and friendly/helpful, always around to assist with whatever. Wonderful breakfasts, lots of good choices, and great coffee.

Overall exceeded my expectations and would strongly recommend anyone! I had asked not to use any perfumed cleaning products and this was respected at arrival and the 2nd day. Unfortunately on the 3rd day the cleaning staff had sprayed something and it was difficult to stayn in the room. There was a strong smell from the sewqge in the sink. I asked to have it checked but the situation did not change during my visit. The balcony is tiny and there is no chair. It was tricky to turn the lights on and off and draw the curtains as there were no intsructions for the buttons. Very little counterspace The see-through toilet and shower might not work when you need more privscy Nice modern and high-end finishes, excellent firm mattress The Cool Varanda room was quiet apart from airplane noise (but that is normal here) and spotless and well-equipped. Wonderful friendly and attentive front-desk service, felt very welcome from the 1st moment Good quality breakfast Nespresso machine in the room!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick und hat eine tolle Dachterrasse. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wirklich tollem Stadtblick. Das Hotel ist nicht mitten in den Hotspots der Stadt, aber sehr gut an 2 Metro-Linien gelegen und zu Fuß kann man auch einiges erreichen.

Not the best choice for a Lisbon stay

Do NOT book this hotel if you are travelling with anyone who isn’t a romantic partner. There is ZERO privacy as the bathroom is open to the room and once you leave the shower stall, which is wet, you have no privacy to dry off and put on clothes!! I’m attaching a photo to show you as the hotel doesn’t have this angle in their gallery. Service is also lacking as they don’t offer basic tea/coffee in the lobby for guests and other hotels in Lisbon do. Not close to main area of Lisbon.
