Cute Apt in Baixa with amazing hostess

The apartment is in the heart of the city and walkable to many of the great sights and sounds of Lisbon. Filipa is a fantastic hostess who is incredibly helpful and kind. She is a fantastic an quick communicator who anticipates every need you might have!

Portugal trip

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment which was centrally located to all the mayor attractions and restaurants! Our host Filipa kindly welcomed us upon our arrival and gave us all the information needed for our stay and how to get around the area. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for our stay including all condiments!

Excellent space for exploring Lisbon

To begin with, Filipa the host goes out of her way to get you acclimated! She met us upon arrival, but before that was prompt and thorough in her communications. She explained all the amenities of the apartment and gave great advice on cultural activities. The location is so central to everything and has an elevator, rare in such a historic building! Don't worry about the lack of AC, between the fans and keeping the shutters closed during the day, the space stayed comfortable. I would definitely re-book the next time we are able to visit!

Perfect location for visiting Lisbon

This apartment is in an excellent location for visiting all of Lisbon. It is walkable to Baxia and Alfama neighborhoods. It is near the Rossio train and Metro stations.The apartment is small but efficient. We were happy to have a washing machine right in the apartment. The apartment is quiet even though it's in a busy area, the windows are good and we slept well each night. Filipa was an excellent host who greeted us at the apartment and made us feel very welcome and gave good recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area.

A lot of heart, in the heart of Lisboa

We were delighted to find our gorgeous apartment was even nicer than the photos, and just the right size for a stay for two people. A really well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed . Right in the middle of all the action, so really close to a lot of the attractions, but far enough away to avoid the tourist bustle. Filipa was such a beautiful host and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable - including a long wait for our late arrival. It was the most wonderful introduction to our trip to Portugal, and I would recommend it highly for anyone looking for a cosy hideaway in Lisboa’s historical neighbourhood.

A very cute little apartment

We loved our stay. Filipa is extremely attentive and very kind. Responded to emails immediately. This apartment is a gem. Excellent location, clean, comfortable. If I had any negative, it would be that the sofa is small and not that comfortable. Would have liked one English channel for news but really not a big deal. Recommend this place. Thank you Filipa for your help and your kindness.

I absolutely loved staying in Filipa's apartment! From the moment I arrived, she received me with such hospitality, kindness and generosity! Upon arrival, she had a little treat ready for me, and gave a tour of her lovely place. She has a set of brochures and recommendations for what to do, where to go, and where to eat - and they were fantastic! Very grateful for her tips! The apartment is also located in such a convenient location! It's really walkable to many parts of the city, and I feel like I couldn't have hose. a better location and place to stay! :)

Fantastic location great host

The apartment is small but equipped with everything you might need to cook or to heat food. The location is perfect too with almost all the sights of Lisbon an easy walking distance. Filipa is a great host and communicates quickly. Despite our late flight at 11 pm, she waited to greet us with Portuguese custard tarts and a warmth that we loved. She gave us great tips on restaurants, shopping for groceries and more. And she went out of her way to find out about places that were open on the 24th and 25th of December. It is the first time in a long while where I actually met a real host who was caring and enthusiastic about her city. Hope to return back to Lisbon and use Filipa's place again.

We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. Staying here made it centrally located and easy to walk many places. Filipa was excellent at meeting, explaining, and recommending places for us. Dios Arcos was our favorite very close by.The apartment was very clean and just the right size for me and my wife. Nice shower and kitchen spaces. The breeze at night was perfect - never needed the A/C. The building's old elevator was very well maintained and easy to use. Felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommend.

So many great things about this property and not one negative point. From the very start the communication with the owner was excellent. On our arrival she met us at the door even though it was close to 8pm. She showed us around the apartment, told us about the neighbourhood and welcomed us with two pastels de nata. The location was absolutely excellent and probably the best area to access all of the distinct parts of Lisbon. Although the apartment is located on a busy street, with the windows closed the apartment is perfectly silent. No worries at all about having a great sleep. Lots of hot water for the shower, strong wifi signal, comfy bed, elevator to the third floor. In summary, we would not have a second thought about returning.

Great location

The owner was terrific! She responded to every question within minutes sometimes seconds. She was very accommodating and really cared about my concerns, few as they were. The location was minutes from the city center. Looks of shops and restaurants right outside my door.The apartment was not very sound proofed so the folks living above me were a bit annoying but other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Prime location and well appointed

We had a lovely stay in Lisbon and the apartment had a great location. Our host was excellent with communication and the home had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The elevator was helpful for luggage and we also did laundry using the washing machine. And, worth noting, the apartment is about 100 meters from the best bifanas in Lisbon! We would stay here again.
