Charming fully renovated apartment located in a lovely area in the city center of Baixa, Lisbon, with 120 m², tastefully furnished, fully equipped, with capacity for 5 people.

This is an apartment in a historic building in Baixa Pombalina with a lift, with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a balcony. It has internet access, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room only, fans in the bedrooms, central heating, towels, bed linen, amenities, hair dryer and iron.

The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.

The location is very central, you can walk to any place in the centre of Lisbon or you can take one of the many public transports available in that area to various parts of the city or to the beautiful beaches of the Cascais line or the Costa da Caparica.

Lisbon Vacation

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The location is great; we were less than a block from many areas and it was central to walk to most attractions. The communication from the owner from the time we made our first reservation through our stay was very good. Recommend as a place to stay when visiting Lisbon.

Very comfortable apartment in the hear of Lisbon

Very convienently located and vast apartment in a historic building. The very well appointed kitchen is perfect for long stay. The hosts are very attentive and responsive. An overall great stay.

Could not have asked for a better stay

The host met us and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants. He was helpful and timely. The stay itself was great. The apartment was clean, has a large living space, and two large beds which was a great find for this area at the time we were looking. The location was safe at all times and walkable to SO much. Highly highly recommend this stay for anyone looking!

Lovely quiet apartment

The apartment was perfect for 4 of us. Martin welcomed us with pastries and info about the city. It is a very touristy area, but a quiet street and central location.

Old Lisbon

Centrally located in old town. It is within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon. Martin set up a Tuk Tuk tour for us. The tour took us to parts of Lisbon that we wouldn't have gotten to on our own. When we come back- and we are planning on coming back we plan to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It has countless amenities, it’s very roomy, the kitchen and bathrooms are updated, and it is tastefully appointed. It is in a fabulous location that felt very safe, and it is walkable to most everything, yet it is very quiet. Luis is an impeccable host. If we return to Lisbon, we plan to stay there again!

Awesome accommodation

This apartment is bright and spacious. It is close to great restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and stores. It’s central location is convenient for walking. Our hosts Martin and Monica were very helpful in recommending restaurants, points of interest and the Tuk Tuk tour. We highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay in Lisbon

The apartment was charming, spacious and very quiet -which was surprising given its right in the heart of town. Beds were comfortable, bathroom and showers were great, kitchen was well equipped and the living area was very comfortable. Walking distance to everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Loved our "home" base in Lisbon

We loved our stay - the apartment is beautifully appointed and decorated in a great location that is so walkable to many to other neighborhoods. I can what stood out for me is the host team who were so helpful - loved all of their restaurant recommendations, organizing a private tour to Sintra, and the TukTuk guided tour on our very first day - OOOH, almost forgot, their recommendation for Fado. I can't thank them enough for making this visit to Lisbon extra special for me and my family - thank you!

Absolutely fabulous!

I can’t say enough good things about this apartment. The location is perfect, the decor is wonderfully eclectic and the entire property is spotless. However, the best part of renting here are the hosts. Martin and Louis do everything to make certain your stay is enjoyable. They’re by far the best hosts I’ve ever had from VRBO. Thank you both for a marvelous week in Lisbon!!!

A beautiful apartment

This is a lovely apartment, even prettier than in the photos. It’s on a low floor and gets limited natural light, but the layout is great with the master bedroom well separated from the rest of the apartment and a good sized kitchen. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

This apartment lived up to its description-high ceilings, big insulated windows and extremely well maintained and clean furnishings. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a meal in if we wanted to. Luis was an exceptional host and spent time explaining how everything worked, including the washer. A sophisticated yet comfortable place to relax in Lisbon!

Heart of Lisbon

This is a beautiful, spacious 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment in close proximity to all of Lisbon’s major sights. Malfalda is an excellent property manager and provided great recommendations as well as checked in on us during our stay. Full kitchen and washer were very convenient as well.

Great location in old town Lisbon

The apartment is in a really good location. It is a 2 minute walk to the main pedestrian thoroughfare and many of the attractions are easily accessible on foot from the apartment. The windows and shutters are also extremely effective at keeping any outside noise out. The apartment was also very roomy and comfortable for 2 adult couples. Check-in was easy as Luis was awaiting our arrival and very efficient. He also volunteered to let us leave our bags at the apartment on the last morning post checkout time to let us go for a final mooch before leaving for the airport. If we return to Lisbon I would try to stay there again.
