The living area provides a comfortable space to gather and watch TV after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making it convenient for preparing and enjoying meals together.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms to accommodate guests. Two rooms have double beds with storage space, while the other two offer single beds and wardrobes to keep your belongings organized.
The house features two bathrooms equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure your comfort.
Guests can also enjoy the outdoor area, ideal for catching some sunlight and fresh air. While on-site parking isn't available, free parking is conveniently located in front of the property.

Benfica, a vibrant neighbourhood in Lisbon, offers a perfect mix of urban charm and local traditions. Known for its green spaces, visitors can explore the stunning Parque Florestal de Monsanto, one of the largest urban parks in Europe, ideal for hiking, picnics, and breathtaking city views. Benfica is also home to the Estádio da Luz, the iconic stadium of SL Benfica, where football fans can enjoy a match or visit the museum dedicated to the club’s history.
This neighbourhood boasts a relaxed and authentic vibe, with local markets like Mercado de Benfica, where you can find fresh produce and traditional treats. Enjoy a meal at one of the many family-run restaurants offering delicious Portuguese cuisine. Its excellent public transport connections make it easy to explore Lisbon’s historic centre and landmarks while still enjoying the quieter, community-focused atmosphere of Benfica.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Benfica, is just a 450-meter walk. R. Garridas bus stop (lines 71B and 729) is within 300 meters of walking distance.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
