clean rooms and friendly staff. breakfast included is great. proper felt safe with gated entry and quiet as its slightly secluded. But still just a 5 minute drive to cafe's and small grocery. Quick access to highway. nice central location within Lisbon to drive to all main areas of greater Lisbon in 20-30 min or less.

This property is a bit off from central Lisbon but the property, morning breakfast (variety but Same everyday), staff were happy and very cordial and nice! We went to Sintra and Alfama/Rosario/and Sintra. So it was a good location

A nice, quiet area away from the city. I loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful when we had questions, and they made sure that our stay was comfortable. If you have a rental car, this is a good place to stay. Otherwise you will need to call a taxi.

Malik was really nice but the property is not a 4 star bed and breakfast. The property is outdated. Not what it seem online. We needed up not staying there and going to a hotel. For the price, you can get something much better

A let down

Noisy hotel youn hear everything, 2 sinks 1 with a tap that wasn't fixed, shower that soaked the floor had to use a towel to soak the water, toilet roll holder that was more pissed than me and hanging. Smelly bathroom after you flushed.. breakfast was nice though and friendly staff..

The staff were excellent, surprising me with a small cake for my birthday. The pool was lovely, albeit not good weather for ir right now!, surrounded by fabulous gardens to relax in. The local restaurants suggested are fantastic with some of the best food you'll ever taste at amazing prices, especially some Bacalhau and good steaks! Highly recommend for business trip, close to Tagus Park and Lagoas Park business centers, just a 10/15minutes drive. Also for a relaxing stay that is away from the hustle of the city but just a 15 minutes drive away. Overall a great trip! Unbeatable price/quality. Great price for excellent room sizes and facilities. Mattress one of the best I've slept in, 5* quality
