I was placed in the staff room, pretty dirty, had a hard time checking in, took a shower and the water starting going out of the bathroom and no one cleaned it.

Avoid at any cost if you can. They make you get bounced around between Expedia and them and simply do not care about the customers. This was the worst experience we have had during any of our trips worldwide. We should have looked closer at the other reviews before we booked here.

Firstly, the communication was abysmal. I tried calling the hostel multiple times before my arrival, but no one answered,they were unhelpful and seemed disinterested. This lack of communication left me feeling stranded and uncertain about my accommodation. Upon arrival, I rang the doorbell for more than 30 minutes, but no one opened the door. This let me decide to cancel my reservation. Overall, my experience with Help Your Self Hostel was one of the worst experience I ever had. The pounication, lack of basic hospitality. I would strongly advise against staying at this hostel and recommend finding a more reputable and well-managed accommodation option.

Achei bem limpo, a localizacao foi boa o pastel de Belém, Jerónimos, torre de Belém 20 min andando. O uber em. Portugal é barato vale a pena.a coisa que nos encomodou bastante foi a cama que por ser de ferro fazia muito barulho quando a gente se mexe e o banheiro poderia ter alguns ganchos para pendurar nossas coisas. No mais gostei da estadia, foi a opcao mais barata de Lisboa.

Bonjour Je me suis présenté à l’hôtel j’avais réserver au préalable il mon pas accepté et il ont pas rembourser le montant dépenser Je suis très déçu de cet accueil le personnel est incapable de trouver une réservation et ne veulent rien entendre donc moi j’ai pas séjourné à cet hôtel Personnel agressive , c’est des voleurs . Donc j’ai dû réserver un autre hôtel . Si jamais vous voulez aller à cet ville horrible évitez d’aller à cet hôtel ne perdez pas votre argent et votre temps . Question sécurité vous n’êtes pas en sécurité avec ces gens là .

Ótimo e muito confortável

Gostei muito! A limpeza é muito bem feita todos os dias, os atendentes são bem educados. As camas são bem confortáveis e a roupa de cama é nova, com toalha boa também. O ambiente é bem confortável e prezam pelas regras e a ordem. Um agradecimento especial para o colaborador Saul, ele foi muito gentil, acolhedor e um excelente profissional!

Ao chegar, foi avisado que eu deveria deixar uma taxa de 10 euros como garantia para caso eu perdesse a chave do quarto. Ao fazer o checkout as 11:00, não havia ninguém na recepção para me devolver a taxa, tive que ligar para um número que encontrei no Google para que alguém viesse me atender. Isso as 11:20 da manhã.

Regular, baja relación calidad-precio

Pagamos una habitación privada con 4 camas (2 literas). Los baños son compartidos (aunque no lo especifica la publicación). Hacia frio en Lisboa, y la ventana de la habitación no podía cerrarse del todo, y no tienen calefacción así que pasamos mucho frío. Pasamos muy poco tiempo ahí, el personal y le atención bastante promedio, la limpieza no muy buena. Pero por el costo que tiene, no puedes esperar mucho más. Francamente no regresaremos.
