Good location for a short stay in Lisbon. Public transport stop is a few meters from hotel and gets you to all the main tourist attractions. Staff courteous and helpful. On busy main road but you'll find it difficult to find anywhere not. Overall excellent value for money.

Excellent stay at the property. The room was super clean and comfortable. The bathroom as well. My notes are just the lack of light but that's not enough to take a star off. Now, I removed a star from Staff just because of the cleaner that was shouting on her phone while cleaning the room opposite to mine. I could hear the whole conversation, and not only that, the housekeeping team shouts to each other asking if the other has XYZ... Very unconsidered of guests. Everyone at the desk was great specially Vasco who provided the expected great Portuguese hospitality service with a smile.

A good hotel

Very cosy hotel . Nice staff. Good breakfast. The hotel room was nice, bigger than usual with a little balcony. I didn t try the rooftop unfortunately.

We liked the hotel. The location was a bit off but both bus and metro was nearby. It was also very cheap to go by uber. Breakfast was very good. Staff nice and friendly. The bed was good. Over all a really nice hotel!

This was a nice hotel! The room was small but comfortable. The only thing that I would have preferred, would have been if the shower temperature was hotter. In cooler weather it would have felt much too cold. The neighbourhood the hotel is in is just outside the tourist core, making it quieter and peaceful. There are nice cafes and a laundromat around the corner. It’s very accessible via transit!

Three night business and pleasure stay

Very clean. New. Staff friendly and very helpful. Bathrooms could use some extra hooks. Standard room is small for two travelers with two suitcases- only one luggage rack. 8-10 mins walk to Arroios metro or Saldanha. Nice breakfast. Hoyle kept our luggage at our early arrival and also after check out.

A new hotel about one year and half ,in an old building, that’s the reason for rooms being very small, sink in the bathroom was the size of a shoebox!!, very thin old and used towels,i stayed for 8 nights and 3 days the towels had holes , breakfast is just ok, 2 kinds of cheese and just one processed ham in cold cuts department, some fruits , a good omelette,some hard boiled eggs , some sweets, and the regular juices, kind of a 2~3 star BK hotel not 4 that I payed, had a problem with the little sink that was plugged ,and dead battery in the safe box , but the issues where resolved very quick by the manager who is a very nice person , great staff, friendly helpful and with smiles on their faces , good shower and good bed ,safe and very clean , not really a 4 star but I recommend

They don’t care about problems

For the most part Hotel was great. Most of the staff was amazing. Clean property. We got a suite and first thing we noticed was the fridge was not working. After going down and talking to the front desk the first 3 days we were there, the 3rd day they finally told us it was broken. On top of that the gentleman at the front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. No compensation no room change to one that had a fridge. Just a simple it doesn’t work. Tough luck. We specifically paid for a suite to have a fridge so we could have cold white wine. We were very disappointed that this hotel didn’t even try to make this problem better.

Zunächst wirkt das Hotel stylisch. Nach kurzer Zeit wie gewollt und nicht gekonnt. Netter Empfang, check in einwandfrei. Personal stets freundlich und unverbindlich. Wir hatten eine Suite mit Balkon. Leider ließ sich die Balkontür aufgrund einer defekten Türgriffs weder vollständig schließen noch verriegeln. Im Februar recht ungemütlich. Dies wurde direkt nach Bezug des Zimmers bemängelt. Es wurde zur Kenntnis genommen und eine Reparatur wurde zugesagt. Passierte aber drei Tage nichts. Ein alternatives Zimmer wurde nicht angeboten. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war wie beschrieben. Durchdacht war es leider nicht. Es mangelte an funktionierenden Steckdosen am Bett und einer Gardrobe oder Hacken z.B. für Jacke, Tasche und co. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch und lieblos. Auch wenn das angebotene schmackhaft war, so begrenzt war die Auswahl: Kein Quark, keinerlei frische Beilagen wie Gurke, Tomate oder Paprika. Eine Sorte Wurst und zwei Sorten Käse waren vorhanden. Immerhin ein bisschen frisches Obst und für die süssen eine solide Auswahl. Service am Tisch sehr nett aber wenig bemüht und gemächlich. Wir hatten uns bei vier Sternen und dem Preis deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Sauberkeit war mittelmäßig aber grundsätzlich akzeptabel.
