You can enjoy all the above without the need of a car but note our apartment is only five minutes away from transportation options that swiftly take you to explore the enchanting historic village of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Guincho beach, Cascais most famous beach and a part of Sintra’s Natural Park. Regardless of your chosen mode of transportation, you'll be conveniently close to the Cascais train station, bus stops, and taxi stands.

Comprising 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds, a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a dining table, 1 full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with sea views. Step out onto the balcony furnished with chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying a meal or breakfast with a fantastic view of the historic center. WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

Located next to one of the "Yellow Streets", you’ll find a wide range of restaurants and bars just steps away. As it is a tourist area, there may be some noise coming from the nearby bars.

Any necessary or requested intermediate cleaning for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.

For stays above 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.
Stays equal or longer than 28 days, expenses for water, electricity and gas are not included and will be charge to the guests.

Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Cascais. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The fee is 4 Euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax.

If pets are allowed, guests will not only be responsible for complying with the existing condominium rules, but also for maintaining the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by the pets during the entire stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or feces odors, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
