We had a wonderful stay at Hotel do Chiado in Lisbon. The view from the restaurant was absolutely beautiful, especially for a romantic experience. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was extremely respectful, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, it was a memorable and lovely experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Our first time in Lisbon and the hotel was excellent! Located in a great part of the city.. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was oversized. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a pleasant surprise. My son had the steak/egg sandwich for lunch every day while working remotely. Hotel do Chiado is in a great location center of everything in Lisbon. Walking distance to many many tourist destinations. Hotel is beautiful with and awesome rooftop bar and restaurant with sweeping views of city and the Tagus river. Staff was amazing and very helpful with all planning. They ensure you are taking care every step of the way. My birthday was June 11 and a bottle of champagne was sent up to our room to our surprise. I would recommend this hotel because of the location in Lisbon and the excellent staff.

The staff went above and beyond from check in to check out helping with directions and booking tours and providing food recommendations. Location was ideal, rooms were large and very clean. Loved the welcome to hotel pastry treat and the mini bar bottle of port when we left. Breakfast was expansive and well stocked. We have stayed here twice now and will again when travelling to Lisbon
