We enjoyed the excellent location- right near the Hop-on-hop-off buses where all their routes start. Also the staff on the reception and in the breakfast room were amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was great with everything from omelettes to yogurts. We highly recommend this hotel- great value for your money.

I recently stayed at Hotel Excelsior in Lisbon, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from Marquês de Pombal Square and close to public transportation, which made exploring Lisbon incredibly easy. Our stay here was great. A family room with enough space for all 4 of us, great cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast and close to the metro station so easy to get out and about. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but this did not affect our enjoyment.
