Absolutely amazing stay! The location was perfect – close to bus stops that take you straight into Central Lisbon, and just a five-minute walk to the metro. The staff, especially the receptionists, were so kind and sweet. My son really got on well with them, which meant a lot to me. It was my first time going abroad with just me and my son, and this hotel gave us such ease and comfort that I’d definitely go back again. Our room was always spotless when we returned from a day out, and that made a big difference. Overall, a solid 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Lovely family room! Very clean and modern. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint really is that we could not get ice. AN ice machine for guests would be really nice! Complimentary breakfast even small would be nice as well - maybe coffee tea juice an a few pastries and or fruit.

As the host knows, the main bathroom sink was leaking when we arrived and was not fixed until mid-day on our second day. The main bathroom shower and the shower in the adjacent bedroom both had a bad mold issue. We essentially closed the main bath door and didn’t use it for fear of breathing in the mold. There needs to be a deep cleaning to remove the mold in the two bathrooms. Also, there were several things broken throughout the apartment, including two kitchen cabinets and a ceiling lamp that was dislodged from the ceiling. This could be an awesome unit due to its excellent location but if these issues aren’t resolved I can’t recommend staying there. The host was kind in giving us some nice chocolates and two bottles of wine, which we appreciated.

Excellent hotel with location in the city. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, the room and its facilities were clean. However, the room and the bed were a tad small for two adults. Overall, the hotel is a good choice and worth the money!

The property is very well kept and the staff is really friendly. Room is spacious and modern. Will definitely stay here again. Some body mentioned that the Rooms were hot but that is not true, the AC works wonderfully you just have to hit the tiny ON button on the thermostat. Great place
