I thought that this location enabled us to navigate out of town and in town locations very easily from Entrecampos train and Metro stations under one roof. The hotel was about two blocks from the station. There are a few restaurants in the immediate area, not great but they get the job done. There is a fully stocked European (not the understocked American) Lidl Grocery at the train station with plenty of grab and go options with good pricing.

I got so sick with influenza virus and couldn’t travel but the hotel staff were so careless that they didn’t even bother to listen and give some sort of refund . All 10 days the room was not occupied( I’m not even sure) and for several days the front desk couldn’t find the management!

The shower/bath drain didn’t work, so taking a shower filled up the tub. There was dirt and mold between the sink and the tub that had clearly been there for some time and there was trash under the bed. Staff was friendly but even after asking about the shower drain, nothing was done. Floors were not clean and walking from the bed to the bathroom left my feet dirty.

Bad war leider voller fremde Haare. Die Bauarbeiten mit dazu gehörenden Lärm, hätte man uns ein Zimmer höher geben können. Zweite Etage mit Lärm direkt unter uns war nicht schön.

De forma geral a estadia foi boa, apesar de algumas intercorrências logísticas O ar condicionado não estava funcionando adequadamente, trocaram o quarto Ressalvo que estamos no verão da Europa No segundo quarto, a agua do box não descia Avisei na recepção, no entanto, não houve nenhum reparo. A solução era seis esperar a agua escoar

Localização excelente, próximo de estação de metrô, facilitando o deslocamento na cidade. Hotel com boas instalações, quarto confortável e espaçoso, como sugestão poderia ter frigobar. Café da manhã é bom, poderia ter mais frutas e algumas opções doces como bolos e o famoso pastel de nata que não teve em nenhum dia.
