- Mosteiro dos Jerónimos (Jerónimos Monastery):
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this 16th-century monastery is a masterpiece of Manueline architecture, built to honor Vasco da Gama’s successful journey to India. It’s renowned for its ornate cloisters, stunning façade, and historical significance.

- Torre de Belém (Belém Tower):

It is a fast and efficient option for traveling to Lisbon or other cities in the region.

- Buses: The area is served by several bus lines that connect it to different parts of Lisbon and the Oeiras region. Buses provide good local coverage and facilitate access to areas not covered by the train line.

- Transtejo: Although less common, there is also the option of using Transtejo ferries that cross the Tagus River, which can be an interesting alternative for those wishing to explore other parts of the city or the southern bank of the river.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ Monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

￫ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
