The property is very new and the rooms are quiet all through the day. So sleep was not an issued when needed. There are at least 3 to 4 train lines and 5 bus lines within 2 to 10 minutes from the hotel. Staff was helpful

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is located within a 15-minutes drive from downtown. The pool area is very nice and relaxing after a long day of walking. We had a very pleasant 6-night stay at the hotel.

Beautiful modern hotel. A bit out of the city center but it makes it super easy to drive to, and then about 30 min walk to the center. The employees were amazing, always ready to help. The parking was extremely tight and so they offered to get us the car and bring it down for us. Great service from all the reception employees! Thank you. The light show was beautiful. Comfortable room & beds. Would stay again!

The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. The bed was enormous, the room comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection. The rooftop pool and bar a lovely spot with great views. The Lumen Light Show is very clever, well done. Easy walk to the city centre, metro and busses only a block away. Staff very welcoming and kept it up throughout our stay. Always saying good morning and good evening, and assisting with the lifts when my hands were full. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed. Hallways clean. Breakfast, very good variety, tasted lovely and presented well. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and I am extremely fussy! The only thing I would say, is that it is not in a tourist area. Downtown Lisbon was touristy, about 10 mins in an uber, but if you want the real tourist vibe along with the exclusions, this would not be the hotel.
