Great Family Hotel

If you're going to travel with the family, this hotel is fantastic! It's family-oriented with big rooms that accommodate kids of all ages and it offers a Kid's Club in the lobby.

A family oriented hotel but also fine for couples. We stayed during October when most kids are in school and the hotel was perfect for 2 people without kids. The breakfast is fantastic and the location in Chiado is great. Be prepared to walk up and down hills from this location.

If you are traveling with small kids, there is not a better place to stay in Lisbon. Excellent location, spacious and lovely apartments, and great cafe downstairs. They even provide milk and juice in the fridges for free for the little ones, along with gift bags containing puzzles, shoes and hats! Highly, highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Martinhal Lisbon Chiado. Our room was spacious and allowed plenty of space for our family of 4 to get over our jet-lag. We had a separate bedroom, alcove with a twin bunk bed off the hallway and a living room with kitchen. The staff went above and beyond and also provided different activities for our children for about 30-60 minute increments as needed. We did notice that the smell of cleaning supplies in one of the hallways was quite strong but it wasn’t an issue within the rooms themselves. We would absolutely stay here again with young children and loved the offering this hotel provided. The location is also tough to beat and make sure to enjoy the Landeau chocolate cake next door!

In Chiado on a side street just a short walk to the water and sights. For me perfectly located for a self guided walking tour from the castle to green street!. But for those out of shape , with disability or with a stroller its a hike up the hill. The hotel is charming and the rooms very clean and well-appointed with a very nice kitchen setup plus a washer. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to stay again!

Incrível. Um hotel todo pensado para famílias. Quartos espaçosos, limpos, muito confortáveis. Tem cozinha totalmente equipada. Extremo cuidado e atenção a todos os itens para bebê, incluindo babá eletrônica, aquecedor de mamadeira, esterilizador de mamadeira, além de banheira. Espaço kids é excelente e com staff muito atencioso. O staff geral do hotel é extremamente cortes, incluindo o Sr. Guilhermes, que foi muito atencioso e nos deu excelentes sugestões de passeios e restaurantes. O restaurante do hotel serve um bom café da manhã e boas refeições (almoço e jantar). Gostaria que tivesse um hotel desses em cada capital da Europa. Parabéns pela excelência
