This hotel have the perfect location to explore Lisbon , the staff super attentive and the room even tho is small for the two of us was enough and super quiet considering the busy are that is located, we definitely will be back next time .

Nice property, Nice Staff. Reason for 4 rather than 5 is the way the Staff dragged chairs and tables around uneccasirily in the mornings on a daily basis When attempting to set up. This would have the effect of waking everyone up in the mornings. These tables and chairs are light in weight so there was no reason to drag them as they did to cause maximum disruption. Aside from that room was nice and clean and staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Overall had a great stay.

Luana at the front desk is wonderful she goes above and beyond to help customers. The location of the hotel is amazing walking distance to everything. The hotel offers transportation to your destinations highly recommend. The excursions they offer are the best I have taken in Europe.I love my story hotel.

First time in Lisbon and the My Story Augusta Hotel has a great location, walkable to many places, rooms were very clean, on the small side but location location is more important. Staff super friendly, breakfast was good, buffet style with many choices and very reasonable price

We arrived after midnight and the alley was dark and didn’t look like a hotel area. The reception is on a walking side street therefore the confusion. Nothing that a good LED sign for dropping passengers by the alley couldn’t fix. Other than that the Hotel staff was really kind and helpful. The Hotel was clean and the breakfast you paid the night before so you save money for no doing a reservation. On my son’s birthday they leave a bottle and a cake for him with a nice note. We love it. Over all it was great and we thank the staff for making the trip a wonderful experience.

Staff was very friendly. The room was small but comfortable and nice. We left some of our things behind by accident and they emailed us to let us know, the honesty was appreciated and we were able to retrieve our things. I would absolutely stay here again!
