Great location near the train station, right on the border between the old town with the scenic views and beautiful hikes, and the modern city centre. Great big room with loads of space, lovely bathroom, little kitchenette corner with a microwave, table, chairs, etc. Loved staying there.

This is a very nice boutique type property in a great location in Sintra. Close to the train station. Easy walk up to the old town. The hotel is clean and modern. Rooms are a decent size. Ours had a small kitchenette with a microwave and small fridge. Comfortable bed with wonderful bedding. There is a complimentary breakfast included. It is nicely set up and served. However, we found that some of the items (eggs/sausages/bacon) were warm at best and that was unfortunate. Hopefully they can get this issue addressed as it did detract from an otherwise wonderful breakfast offering.

Room was very nice good location , however I was extremely disappointed with a petty issue . I prepaid for breakfast which was fine , however one of the day I just wanted a cup a tea the night before wast feeling well and I asked a lady for a tea bag wihich the room offered a hot water pot with a couple tea bags and was not refilled as I was checking out the lady said there is a $2.00 euro charge for the tea bag and I said to the lady since I am not eating breakfast can you use that 2,00 charge for the tea in Leu of the breakfast since that would have cost a lot more and she said no we cannot that and you already paid for the breakfast it but we in a bad mood and feel u cannot gov r th r hotel a great review it was in poor taste and petty to ask for a $2 tea bag when the.

O que mais gostei foi da localização: muito próxima à estação, foi possível ir a pé, mesmo que com malas. Há bons restaurantes por perto também. A equipe é muito gentil. O hotel é novo e charmoso. Foi muito bom poder contar com os lockers por conta de chegarmos antes do horário do check in e sairmos após o horário do check out. O café da manhã é bom, mas pouco variado. Preferia também eu mesma acessar todos os itens, ao invés de ser servida em alguns, como as bebidas. O quarto é confortável e limpo. Não utilizei a pequena cozinha. Reservei quarto com vista para a serra, e fiquei um pouco decepcionada, pois a serra era vista somente de um ângulo, inclinando-se na janela. Além disso, meu quarto tinha teto anguloso, o que não gosto. Para quem gosta de caminhar, algumas atrações podem ser feitas a pé desde o hotel.

Um pequeno e belo paraíso em Sintra

Fomos surpreendidos por uma hospedagem incrível, onde o acolhimento encontra o conforto e o belo. Passeio Sintra Collection, é mais do que uma hospedagem perfeita !. Nos proporcionou um final de semana repleto de carinho e acolhimento. Além de uma equipe fantástica, e sua localização impar a poucos passos do cetro histórico. Recomendo e volatremos em breve !
