Good functional hotel in an excellent location fo

Decent room, great location. Breakfast was overpriced and poor variety considering there are good coffee shops within a few mins walk. Nice roof pool.

Property is comfortable and location is in the center of Lisbon. Close to the airport and many other things. I don't recommend trust in parking in the property. it is very small and very hard to go down to park. you are lucky if you don't hit the walls. I recommend a public parking nearby for same price.

Lovely hotel

Location is excellent, metro to the airport just outside the hotel and easy enough to get to other parts of Lisbon from here. Hotel was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Also the pool was great in the evening to cool off after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was alright, had everything you want but nothing too exciting. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. Metrostation was very near and the street in front was peaceful. The breakfast was good and service ok. The only negative thing was that the walls in the hotel were so thin that you could hear every sound from neighbourrooms and corridor.

All the people at the reception were excellent and welcoming. A special thanks goes out to the manager, Mariana, who was extremely helpful during our stay. The breakfast had a lot of variety, especially different types of VERY fresh bread, and the fruit was simply divine--- fresh and tasty. Also, we found their beds very comfortable. As far as the location, you could not ask for a better location. We highly recommend this little treasure of a hotel. Actually, we all thought this hotel deserved four stars.

Excellent choice for a weekend trip

Smooth checkin, very comfortable bed (I slept way better than in normal hotel beds), easy access to rooftop pool and sauna, friendly staff that allowed for late check-out. A little bit of airplane noise, but that's pretty much unavoidable in Lisbon. Breakfast was very tasty, but could have had more options.

Nice hotel, good location, recommended

The bedroom was small with a very small window, so not much light, but then you are not in the room that much. Bed was very big and comfy. Having a pool and sauna was really nice, the jacuzzi part was not that good. Not every jet worked and not very powerful. Breakfast was not brilliant, very small selection, quite uninspiring. Location is good for transport and staff very helpful. Staff nice Overall, recommended

Plenty of improvement opportunities around facilities: our bathroom and shower were a bit flawed. Also the window frame was likely a bit loose as it was noisy over night despite closed window. Overall, considering the price we've paid, our expectations were not fully met.

We loved the location! Close to Lovely park leading to Atlantic’s ocean and subway rides to downtown and airport. The staff is confused and entered our room accessing our safe and breaching our privacy. Big NO! Very disappointed in staff service level. The only staff that was brilliant was cleaning staff! Tough to return to this hotel with this experience! Too bad. Location is close to many loverly restaurants the best one is called “Italy”

Very few room amenities. Hand soap at the sink and body soap in the tub. No face soap or lotion. No kettle in the room. The room was very tiny. Check in was fast and efficient. Breakfast was standard hotel food. I will stay here again if I have no other choice, but won't go out of my way to stay here. No reason to recommend this hotel to friends or family. A very forgettable experience.
