Fantastic apartments in the perfect spot!

Modern apartment located in luxury condo with 180° ocean view outside Lisbon close to Cascais and the apartments has stunning sea view from all rooms.

The 193 m2 apartment has four bedrooms, very large living room/kitchen in open solution and with a veranda towards the sea . Two toilets and the apartment/kitchen is fully equipped.

Please note that the calendar is always updated!

The sandy beach is just outside the house, and if you do not want to swim in the sea, there is a pool and a garden belonging to the apartment. The apartment has a car place in the garage and apartment complex is guarded / front desk 24/7.

If you do not want to use the car, the train station is at 5 min walking distance and it takes 20 minutes to go to the Centre of Lisbon or 10 minutes to Cascais centre.

Around the apartment there are a number of cafés and restaurants and 5 minutes walking distance is cozy Parede Centre with shops and market for fish, fruit and vegetables, etc. every day.

During high season, June-Aug, the changing day is always Saturday or Sunday. For longer stay (10 days or more), the starting date or ending date should be on a Saturday or Sunday.

Access to the gym is separate payment.

It was perfect for me (73 yr.old Mum) taking my son's and daughter's family on this trip. We rented 2 cars and went all around the area of Parede Cascais Sintra and of course Beautiful Lisbon. Did 1 night at Albuferia and went to Benagil caves kayaking. It was quite hot but a lot of fun.

Beautiful condo in a great location. The condo has a lot of light and beautiful views from every room. Jonas was easy to deal with and very informative. We had a great visit and the condo was the perfect home base.

My wife and I travelled with our kids (7 and 9) and a grandparent. The apartment was great, the pool was nice, a good beach with bars is only a short walk away, some shops are close by and the city center is only a short Uber ride away. We had a great time. (The in-house gym was - as required by law (COVID-19) - still closed.)

My family of 5 had a great 9 night stay at Jonas and Flavia's apartment. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and the apartment is modern and in great condition. Parede is in a perfect location with easy train access to Lisbon and surrounding areas, but away from all the typical tourist trappings. Easy walk-ability into downtown Parede as well as to two glorious beaches. Jonas was helpful throughout and even stopped by at the end of our trip to see how things went. Highly reccomended!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment. It is very well equipped and has everything a young family needs. It is really spacious and is located in a lovely area. The hosts provide a brilliant information sheet on the area which we used frequently. After a busy day at the beach or pool, it was lovely to relax on the balcony and watch the boats go by! This is a great apartment for families, we hope to return! Thank you Jonas & Flavia

L appartement est grand, agréable avec une vue superbe. Il est situé à 15 minutes de la gare et à une heure de Lisbonne en train. Par contre, il est plus fait pour maximum 7 adultes que pour 8.

Good space and view, but since the apartment is for 7-8 persons there are missing space on terrace and in sofa. Really missing a good terrace. The terrace is in the master bedroom and you can only stay 4 persons or else it is to crowded. Missing seating in sofas, where you can stay 5 persons. Driving from/to the parking spot is like a labyrinth. The key to open the garage only works few times, so you have to call the reception. Other peoble in building have a remote, witch is needed. When it is windy you can hear the nooice of the wind, because the windows not are tied enough. Summary: We have been in the area many times, so we can sadly say that the apartment is to expensive for what you get. Lisbon area is a great place to take a vacation.

We had a brilliant 10 days staying here. The apartment was beautiful, pool perfect and area great for exploring. We used the weeks rail passes which gave us great freedom to travel to the beaches and Lisbon. The apartment was very comfortable for 7 people and very well equipped with every thing we needed. The two bathrooms with baths and showers were excellent. All in all a great apartment in a great location with a few nice restaurants, near the train station- perfect for us.

We have just spent a wonderful 10 days in this apartment, it's stunning! The apartment is exceptionally well equipped and the views are just wonderful. The kids adored the pool and all of the beaches are nearby with a short walk or an easy train ride away. I can't recommend this place highly enough. We, family of seven, had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment is extremely well equipped and great layout for a large family. It is located in a great area away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. We did not have a car and we used the transport company recommended by Jonas and Flavia. Paulo was great and with a family of seven to move around it made our stay much more enjoyable knowing Paulo with take us and pick us up from our destinations. The extensive information supplied by Jonas and Flavia was a great help. Jonas was also extremely helpful, organising an additional baby cot and early checkin arrangements. Firstly, the response rate between Jonas and myself during the booking process and everything leading up to our holiday arrival was very good. Our flight was late but there was no waiting around for keys as the apartment complex had a 24/7 security guard so very easy. We joined the gym next door for the discounted rate of €20 for the week and enjoyed the classes and facilities. Following our departure, Jonas returned the security deposit promptly. The apartment itself was just lovely. We did have a few issues with towels in the bathroom but nothing major. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the apartment was plenty big enough for four friends. I booked the apartment wanting four bedrooms as we all wanted a room each but on arrival, the smaller room had been turned into bunkbeds which we were unaware of so couldn’t use. As a result, two of us had to share a twin room but that wasn’t the end of the world. What was slightly unusual was that the beds (including the double beds) only had single duvets. The apartment itself is quite lovely and the views are just amazing. The balcony, although a little small, was great to use and overlooked the sea and pool. The lounge area had two large French doors so these were always open allowing for beautiful views of the sea. As for Parede itself, it was a quiet resort. There were a couple of nice restaurants along the beach and also a lovely small square with some nice restaurants. Supermarkets were within walking distance - a small supermarket and fabulous bakery practically opposite and a much larger one about a 10 minute walk. For those seeking a slightly livelier evening, I would recommend Cascais. Taxi was only 10 minutes and you could also get there by train if you wanted. The train station was about a 5 minute walk and very easy to get either to Cascais, Estoril or the other way into Lisbon. We spent a day in Lisbon which we thoroughly enjoyed as it’s a beautiful city. We stayed in May 2017 so didn't need any air conditioning. The pool area was lovely but we couldn't use it as much as we would have liked due to it being windy on occasion. Overall a very nicely presented apartment in a lovely small town.

We had a lovely stay in Parade and it was a great base to explore Lisbon and Cascais. The apartment is spacious has fabulous sea views and is just like the photos with excellent WiFi. The gym downstairs was €20 for the week a price Jonas has negotiated. The staff were really friendly so we all stayed fit for the week. The taxi service again recommended by Jonas were helpful and reliable. We bought a week beach pass for the train €12 for 7 days unlimited travel on the Cascais to Lisbon line. It is available from May to September. Finally Jonas was so helpful and responsive to my many questions. I was uncertain about using home away but my experience was very positive and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. Thank you Jonas and Flavia

We were very happy with the apartment, it was modern, spacious and very comfortable. We were concerned that it would be too small for 6 adults with children and babies but its open concept kitchen/sitting room was very big, and the bedrooms were also very comfortable. The beach is within a 5 minute walk and the town of Parede within a 10 minute walk, with supermarkets, coffee shops, etc. We also got the train into Cascais one of the days which only took 10 minutes. The outdoor pool area was also very nice, and on the one rainy day we had we used the indoor pool in the gym next door which was a great advantage. Overall, we were very happy with out stay in the apartment and with the location!
