The Lift Hotel Apartments is perfect for our family! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment entrance is behind the main Hotel in the walking street with shops. The location of this property is the best! Close to transportation, restaurants and many main landmarks such as Santa Justa Lift (2 buildings away on the same street!), Rossio Square (1 minute walk), Praca do Comercio (5-10 minute walk to the waterfront) in the middle of Lisbon. You can see the St. George Castle from our apartment window! Metro, tram and bus stops are all within 2-5 minutes walk at the corner of the street. Belem is a 15 minutes uber ride to the Jerominos Monastery. I highly recommend staying here for Lisbon!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at anywhere in the world. Accommodated a family of 5 in one of the apartments. Check in process was smooth and communication as well as service excellent. It is the heart of old downtown with heritage buildings. It's called the "lift" apartments because it is by an old elevator monument. Yes the actual elevator is slow in the hotel but that is to be expected given these are heritage like sites so improvements may be limited. Also, it is on a lively street so you can hear some muffled music or crowd noise but again, part of downtown living. Room was clean, kitchen and laundry well equipped and the ACs in each of the rooms was working well. It's by a tonne of restaurants and cafes and a 10 min walk to the water. A surprise plus was that it's next to the towns best ice cream place! The breakfast is worth it. Lots of selection for a reasonable price. And service was amazing and operate with integrity. We forgot some property in the room and they held on to it for us for 3 days before we couod pick it up. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Lift Apartment. Room was spacious and beautiful. Great location, the hotel staff was wonderful. The cleaning team was very accommodating. The only thing was the cleaning staff came into our apartment without knocking. Realized we were still inside, dropped off fresh towels in the landing area and left. Mind you it was 11am so people would be out already. We were just having a late start that day.

Omg!!! I can’t believe the service was over the top!!! I loved all the stuff especially Luisa, she went above and beyond with helping out with our luggage’s and we had a lot with just everything we need in general. I’m so grateful for her.
