DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! The staff ignored our messages until we called from the airport to get checkin instruction. Even then it was hard to get ahold of them. Then, they refused us entry because the place was already occupied. They didn’t warn us, nor did they cancel from their side. We had to scramble to find a hotel at the last minute, which was $300+ more. To top it off, they never refunded our money. We have spent hours of our time so far with customer service.
