"Upon arrival, our room felt very damp and had an unpleasant odor. We needed to open the window, despite the cold and rain, to air it out. With the window open and later the AC running, the air and temperature became more tolerable.
The room was generally clean, though we did notice some old food on the carpet near the couch.
I also found the selection of toiletries limited (e.g., mouthwash, makeup remover, cotton swabs). While I usually bring my own, this time I had not, and it would have been helpful to have these available.
On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated having both a fridge and microwave in the room—this was especially convenient with young children.
There was no complimentary water provided, which would be a helpful standard offering upon arrival.
The pool area in the evening was quite crowded with older children/teenagers, leaving little space for younger kids to enjoy. I was unable to comment on the slide as it was closed during our stay.
Lastly, I would like to highlight that the front desk and service staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
